A Land of Plenty
Zimbabwe is a land of plenty, blessed with fertile soil, mineral-rich earth and vast waterways. We are the breadbasket of Africa, with agriculture being the backbone of our economy. Our mines are filled with precious gems and our forests are teeming with life. Recent discoveries of oil and gas in Muzarabani have added a new layer of excitement to our natural resources, promising a new era of energy self-sufficiency. And with rich deposits of gold, diamonds, platinum, lithium, chrome and other precious minerals, our land is a treasure trove of wealth waiting to be unlocked.
A haven of peace
We are grateful for the peace and stability that our nation enjoys, free from natural disasters like earthquakes, destructive weather hazards and other calamities.
Our land is habitable and our climate is conducive to growth and development. But what’s more remarkable is that we have chosen to resolve our differences through peaceful means.
While others make wars, we make peace.
We have learned to sit down, talk and find common ground, making us a beacon of hope for conflict resolution in Africa.

Zimbabwe’s tourism industry is a treasure trove of experiences, from the majestic Victoria Falls to the ancient ruins of Great Zimbabwe. Our heritage sites are a testament to our rich history and our national parks are home to the Big Five.

We boast one of the best literacy rates in Africa, with an education system that is the envy of many. Our schools and universities produce talented individuals who are making a mark globally.
We are proud of our educators, who shape young minds and inspire future leaders.

We are blessed with a legacy of God-fearing, talented leadership that has guided our nation with wisdom and vision. From the wisdom of Robert Mugabe in the First Republic who fought for and secured our independence, ensuring that Zimbabwe remains a nation for Zimbabweans, sealing our freedom and sovereignty.
To the current Second Republic led by President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, which is steering the nation forward on a new trajectory, opening the country to business, and fostering a spirit of friendship and cooperation with the global community, making Zimbabwe a friend to all and an enemy to none. May God continue to bless and guide all our leaders, past and present and may His wisdom and grace be upon them as they serve our nation, directing them towards decisions that promote peace, prosperity and progress for all Zimbabweans.

Despite the challenges posed by Western-imposed sanctions, which have sought to cripple our economy, we have worked tirelessly to keep our currency and economy afloat.
Through sheer determination and resilience, we have found ways to adapt and overcome, refusing to let adversity define us. With this same hardworking spirit, we will work hard to rebuild and restore our nation to its former glory, to create a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come. We will not be deterred, we will not be defeated. We are Zimbabweans and we will rise above the challenges that stand in our way.

We are a nation on the move, driven by a vision to become an upper-middle-income economy by 2030.
