As part of the hotel’s sustainability strategy, the hotel installed a solar plant that generates a total of 300KVA of which 200KVA is grid-tied which means all the power generated goes directly into the Kadoma Town grid thereby assisting with the power generation for the town.
The remaining 100KVA is used to power the hotel’s energy needs. This means that guests can stay at the hotel without worrying about power outages, even during load shedding.
