Fly with Fastjet! Now Accepting Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) for Bookings

Travellers flying with Fastjet Zimbabwe can rejoice! The budget-friendly airline recently announced that they are now accepting Zimbabwe’s new local currency, ZiG, for flight bookings. This is a significant boost for the recently introduced currency and offers added convenience for Zimbabwean flyers.

Fastjet, offering routes between Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Johannesburg, shared the news on their social media platforms. “Have you heard today’s news? We now accept ZiG payments for your travel. Book now via the Fastjet app,” they announced.

This move by Fastjet makes them the first airline in Zimbabwe to accept ZiG, demonstrating their support for the local economy and offering travellers more payment options. So, whether you’re planning a weekend getaway to Victoria Falls or a business trip to Johannesburg, you can now book your Fastjet flight using Zimbabwe Gold.
