Luxury Sango Dadiso Camp to Open in 2024
In May 2024, visitors to the 200-square-kilometre Sango Private Game Reserve in Zimbabwe will have the opportunity to stay in a new luxury tented camp called Sango Dadiso Camp.
The camp is comprised of four luxurious tents, three guides’ tents, a tent equipped with a gym and spa, a spacious dining tent, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area with an open pizza oven.
Guests staying in the tents can enjoy the amenities of an ensuite bathroom, including a tub and outdoor shower, as well as a private balcony. The dining tent, which has been designed to offer excellent views of the wildlife, also features a plunge pool that overlooks a waterhole located across a river bed that changes with the seasons.

At Sango Dadiso Camp, located in the Savé Valley Conservancy, guests can enjoy guided bush walks, birding safaris, and game drives, as well as take advantage of the two certified landing strips suitable for light bush aircraft. The camp is only one hour away by flight or five hours away by car from Harare.
In 1993, Wilfried Pabst founded Sango Private Game Reserve, located in the southeastern region of Zimbabwe, to provide a safe haven for African wildlife and endangered species. This sanctuary now includes three camps, Sango Igwe Lodge, Sango Expedition Camp, and the newly added Sango Dadiso Camp.
The Sango Wildlife Conservancy is home to 120 black and white rhinos, 600 elephants, 100 lions and leopards, painted wild dogs, hippos, crocodiles, a wide variety of birds, and many other plains animals. These animals are spread across seven different habitat zones.

Guests of Sango are invited to gain insight into the intricate management of this complex ecosystem. For over 30 years, the Sango Wildlife Conservancy has worked tirelessly to ensure a delicate balance in nature and has garnered fame and recognition beyond the country of Zimbabwe.
Visiting Sango Dadiso Camp is an opportunity for people to immerse themselves in the wilderness and create lasting memories.
